  • We will contact you via phone, email or in writing with our quotation.
  • If you wish for us to carry out the clearance, please contact us to arrange a date and time at your convenience for us to complete the job. We can collect keys from a neighbour, estate agent or solicitor at your request.
  • Payment is made once we have completed the job and you are completely satisfied.

Cost is entirely dependant on what needs clearing. We buy antiques and good quality furniture or offset their value against charges incurred. We will charge for items to be taken to the recycling centre such as broken appliances, carpets, mattresses and sofas that are unfit for resale. Most of these items are charged upon their bulk so it really depends upon the quantity. The other factor to affect the cost is the amount of labour a clearance will take. Stairways and accessible parking can influence cost so in most instances we would need to pay a visit beforehand. We offer a free no obligation quotation.
